Yeah, I have something like social anxiety disorder. I'm an introvert. Feeling nervous and uncomfortable in social settings. Not good at making a conversation with other, especially strangers.
My brain think too much. Over-think. And that's the problem. A serious problem for me.
I want to be confident person. Be more friendly. Be less concerned about what other people think of me. Learn to relax. And be kind to myself.
